Established in 2011, Teambuild Construction Group’s Approved Training and Testing Centre (ATTC) serves to meet the training demands of the construction industry. As an accredited training provider approved by the Building Construction Authority of Singapore (BCA), we conduct courses that are specially tailored to fit in with current industry practices and trends, which include the following:

• CoreTrade Courses (Tradesman and Trade Foreman)
• Upgrading from Tradesman to Trade Foreman
• Skills Evaluation Certificate Knowledge SEC (K)
• Continuing Education and Training (CET)

What Is CoreTrade

Construction Registration of Tradesmen, or CoreTrade, is a registration scheme administered by the Building and Construction Authority (BCA) for skilled and experienced construction personnel in the various key construction trades.

Building up on an existing pool of competent and experienced workers, the scheme provides guidance for them to anchor and lead the construction workforce, while raising the overall productivity and quality levels. With a platform to recognise the efforts of industry veterans and carve out a career progression path, talent retention can be encouraged.

The development of a core group of construction personnel will prove to be useful in supporting the industry’s role to shape our built environment, as well as contribute to Singapore’s economic growth, and enhance the quality of life.
